Safety Responsibility

It is the objective of Damuth Trane to provide a safe work environment for all clients and associates and to prevent accidents in all aspects of its business operations. To accomplish this objective, every associate is dedicated to safety while conducting business for Damuth Trane. Safety and health is each associate’s responsibility at all levels.

Drug-Free Workplace

We enforce a Drug-Free workplace policy. Drug screening is required for 100% of new associates and is randomly required for existing associates.

Safety Training

We train both Field Technicians and Office Personnel on many of the topics listed below. Our field personnel is also required to complete monthly safety training regarding HVAC equipment, refrigerants, chemicals, etc.

Emergency Plan

Damuth Trane is dedicated to partnering with our clients to ensure minimal disruption to your business in the event of an emergency. We have a comprehensive emergency management plan that provides plans to assist you, should you be impacted by a crisis.
